NFL Picks Analysis: Having Brandon Marshall in a Bears uniform will be a huge for his old teammate Jay Cutler and the passing game. Matt Forte is one of the best running backs in the biz and the combination of Cutler, Forte and Brandon Marshall at the skill positions makes the offense a match-up nightmare. The O-line should get a boost with the return of tackle Gabe Carmini back from injury but the line is still a major question mark. The top-5 defense is solid as usual with a swarming pass-rush although stars Brian Urlacher, Lance Briggs and Julius Peppers are aging . Special teams are a major weapon for Chicago with a dynamic return man in Devin Hester and a field flipping punter in Adamde Podlesh. The 2012 NFC North Odds have Chicago at +250.
On paper NFL predictions sharps are spot on for being optomistic about the Bears chances of cashing in on the 2012 Super Bowl Odds. Chicago’s coaching change from Mike Martz to Mike Tice appears to be a quick fix solution with Tice having never been considered an offensive genius. The NFC North Odds show are slim for Chicago at +250 moneyline considering Green Bay’s strength and Minnesota’s improved roster.
